(3) Core Responsibilities
1. Assist the foreign trade manager in developing and maintaining overseas clients, responsible for basic business tasks such as customer consultation, email response, and sample delivery.
2. Assist in collecting overseas market information, competitor dynamics, and industry related information, and promptly provide feedback to superiors after sorting them out.
3. Participate in the execution of foreign trade export business processes, assist in order follow-up, document preparation, customs declaration and inspection assistance, and ensure smooth business progress.
4. Assist in following up on the progress of order payment, organizing relevant business data, and archiving and managing business files.
5. Cooperate with the team to complete overseas market promotion related work, such as exhibition preparation, online platform operation assistance, etc.

(4) Job requirements
1. College degree or above, major in international trade, business English, marketing or related fields is preferred.
